We hope everyone enjoyed a fun and restful break and that you’ve all managed to dig out of the snow by now. What a winter it’s been! We are excited to gain some traction with eight full weeks of school until our next break. In that time we will see a rigorous Quarter 3, complete with MCAS and PARCC testing. This week we look forward to the DESE Board vote on our enrollment expansion request on Monday night and our third and final Information Session for Prospective Students on Tuesday night.

Salem Academy Charter School is a small, public charter school serving the diverse student population of Salem and the surrounding communities with grades six through twelve. Through a unique integration of college preparatory classes with service to the community, Salem Academy’s mission is to graduate informed, articulate, and proactive individuals of strong character. Today, Salem Academy has over 400 students in grades six through twelve.
